Joy Corporation exists to economically empower individuals and families within the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area by providing educational, training and rehabilitation programs designed to meet the holistic needs of the local community.

Our Vision

Joy Corporation seeks to yield positive outcomes in the program areas of criminal justice, substance abuse prevention and treatment, and education in order to lay the foundation for subsequent economic development. Also, to develop and implement holistic, innovative economic development programs that allows people in our service area to upgrade their standard of living and become more productive citizens.

Our Service Area

Joy Corporation projects are design to be focused on the northern portion of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area which includes the cities/areas of Baker, Zachary, Baton Rouge, Scotlandville, Pride and Port Hudson in East Baton Rouge Parish. The area is bounded to the north by East Feliciana Parish, west by the Mississippi River, and south by U.S. Highway 190, and east by the East Baton Rouge Parish line with latitude of 30.57863 and longitude of -91.1262.
